Marc grew up in St. Albert, Alberta, where his parents instilled in him his strong work ethic.
He attended the University of Alberta and was the President of the Theta Chi Fraternity while there.
Marc has been heavily involved in real estate for many years in both residential and commercial real estate.
His experience with condominiums, single family homes, vacation properties, commercial properties and property management is an asset to you.

Marc and his family live in North Scottsdale in DC Ranch. He is an avid hockey player and Edmonton Oilers fan.

Carmen Brodeur BA, LLB
Carmen is a former lawyer from Edmonton, Alberta and is currently an Arizona Realtor. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Bachelor of Arts,
and also graduated from the University of Calgary with a Law Degree, emphasis on real estate. Carmen was a lawyer in Edmonton,
Alberta at Kulasa, Campbell, Bokenfohr before moving south. Her legal practice focussed on real estate and this legal background
is a tremendous asset to our clients. She was a portfolio manager of residential and commercial investment properties prior to
establishing The Phoenix Experts. Carmen also has extensive personal experience with vacation homes, golf properties and resort rentals.

Steve Hannesson
Steve likes to joke that he is "practically Canadian" since he grew up 60 miles from the border in North Dakota.
In fact, Americans often ask him where in Canada he is from because they apparently think he has a "Canadian accent".
Steve attended the University of North Dakota where he majored in Engineering. He is a licensed Arizona Realtor,
a member of the Arizona Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Steve's goal is to find
each client the perfect home and negotiate the absolute best deal. Steve's other passion is hockey.
He plays on two hockey teams in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Ariel Bierl
Ariel is a dynamic Realtor with a love of Arizona. She has midwestern roots but grew up in the Scottsdale-Phoenix area.

Cathy is the Transaction Coordinator for the Phoenix Experts. She has in depth knowledge of all aspects of real estate transactions.
She graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Finance and a major in Real Estate.
She manages the coordination and processing of all documents pertaining to the sale and escrow of each home.
Her priority is to make sure the transaction closes smoothly and on time. She is extremely detail and customer service oriented.
Cathy is also a Realtor and holds an Arizona Real Estate License.
