What Level of Service Do You Expect?

This morning I received, without a shadow of a doubt, the WORST customer service I had ever experienced. (For the sake of your own sanity, I will spare you the details.)

I have the HIGHEST expectation of customer service. When I am a customer, I expect my phone calls and emails returned promptly, pertinent information sent as promised, and then followed up on later to confirm that I received the information and am a happy customer. I have to admit, I would probably be the highest maintenance customer you would ever have. In turn, I therefore pride myself on providing the same great level service to my own customers. Since we specialize in Canadians purchasing real estate in Phoenix and Scottsdale I know that it is even more important to give great customer service. Searching for a home long distance, especially from another country, can be overwhelming and difficult. That is why our team of professionals are dedicated to give the best service possible. We can’t be perfect, nor can we please all the people all the time, but we sure try.
