How can I tell it’s snowing and cold in Canada? Not because I watch
the weather forecast, it’s because my phone has been ringing off the hook. Canadians calling wanting to buy a home in beautiful sunny Arizona.
I can’t blame them, why wouldn’t you want to trade shoveling your driveway for laying by the pool or golfing the day away? Especially when home prices have hit bottom and the Loonie is almost par again (yeah!). This is the opportunity of a lifetime. Never again will the Canadian dollar be almost par at the exact time that the US real estate market has crashed and hit bottom.
