d end up being sold for full list price or slightly more. The market is clearly turning in Phoenix. The opportunity to snap up a great foreclosure deal is coming to an end. We are close to the bottom and the foreclosures are drying up. The many homeowner bail out programs are starting to make a difference. People are doing loan modifications rather than foreclosures.
