Foreclosures Dropping in Phoenix

by admin on January 20, 2010

Everyday I encounter astonishment from Canadian clients when I tell them that the number of foreclosures in Phoenix are dropping. They often don’t believe me because it is exactly opposite of all of the rumors they hear in Canada. Well the rumor mill isn’t the best source of information. Every month we have had statistically less and less foreclosures on the market. As a result, the prices in Phoenix are stabilizing and in many neighborhoods starting to rise. No there isn’t a “tsunami of foreclosures about to hit the market” or any other such nonsense. The fact of the matter is prices are not going to get any cheaper. If you are interested in Phoenix real estate, the longer you wait, the more you will pay.

We specialize in Phoenix and Scottsdale real estate for Canadians. We would be happy to answer your questions. Email me at Carmen@ThePhoenixExperts.com.

I was a real estate lawyer in Alberta before moving to Arizona to become a Realtor. I understand all of the differences between Canadian and Arizona real estate transactions. I explain those differences to my clients and can take you through the process of buying Arizona real estate step by step. Why use a less experienced Realtor?
