We’re in high season for Canadian snowbirds, and we’re about to get even busier. Our baseball Cactus League starts on Wednesday and continues until April 2nd. An estimated 1.5 million fans are expected to attend a Cactus League game. Canadians love to attend the games. You can see major league teams play each other, tickets are cheap and the weather is perfect. Sitting outside in the sunshine, enjoying a cold beer and watching a game is a perfect way to spend an afternoon. There are 14 teams in the Cactus League, boosted by the addition of the LA Dodgers, Cleveland Indians and Chicago White Sox. Next year the Cincinnati Reds will also be joining the Cactus League.
